Are you ready to work with volunteers, but still have a few questions or concerns? I am available to meet individually with those of you who are ready to move forward. The initial consultation meeting is usually one to two hours with follow-up meetings if needed. The meetings are designed with you and your organization in mind! You determine what you want to know with guidance from me if you need it. What are your individual needs? Perhaps you are wondering about working with volunteers with hidden disabilities? Or, you are feeling a little uncomfortable about interacting with people with disabilities. Maybe you are unsure about accommodations or what questions and you can and cannot ask in an interview.
